I didn't get a shot of the Christmas morning before we opened our presents. The boys had a great time though. They totally got spoiled! Just see for yourself.
And yet, the most fun they had all day was just playing with the carseat! So typical.
I won't bother telling you everything we got. The best thing about Christmas is that we could be together!
I always did love it when guys would dress up in their white shirts and dark pants.
And here is Andrew doing his latest "trick".
My baby is growing up. Since he started crawling he has learned how to kneel, sit, and pull himself up to furniture! The other day I went to the bathroom and instead of Nate banging on the door, it was Andrew! He had followed me down the hall and was banging on the door while saying, "Mama! Mama!" He's 8 months old now and at the rate he's going he will be walking at 9 months like his brother! It just reminds me to hold on to and record every memory while it's fresh.
We went to the zoo last Wednesday. It was nice and warm. We didn't even need our jackets! Far cry from today though. It's rainy and cold today. It's not even going to get into the 60s today! (And all you Utahns are going, "BOO HOO! Cry about it why don't you!" With all the sarcasm you can muster, of course. ;))
We got to see Santa last Saturday. Andrew still isn't at the "stranger anxiety" stage yet, but hadn't seen anyone with a beard like that before. 
Nate was so proud of himself because he wasn't scared either. Last year we had to take him to the mall to see Santa 3 or 4 times before he would sit on his lap. 
I was just looking at last year's pictures of Nate with Santa and can't believe how little he was! Check it out!
Andrew was still pretty small too! ;)
Here are the pictures of my boys. You can't tell a big difference with Andrew (he just had some weird long baby hairs that hadn't fallen out yet), but Nate OBVIOUSLY needed a haircut! I decided that a new style for him was in order too. 
Sunday:
Went to church. Met our new ward. Saw old friends from a previous ward.
Monday:
Bought a REAL Christmas tree. Andrew learned to scoot. Realized none of our Christmas lights work anymore.
Tuesday:
Andrew learned how to crawl. Andrew and I went to a baby shower for one of my friends who I saw Sunday while George stayed home with Nathan. (George doesn't feel ready to watch both kids for longer than it takes me to shower.)
Wednesday:
George had duty so I hung out with the kids all day. Pretty boring. We went to Enrichment night at church where we put together Christmas boxes for military personnel overseas.
Thursday:
George and Nathan went to the store and bought new lights for the tree. I gave all three boys haircuts. George wouldn't let me take pictures of him, but you can use your imaginations. (Apparently the picture uploader is having troubles right now so I will post pictures of the boys later.)
Friday:
Hung out with George. Started decorating the tree to realize some of the lights don't look that great after all. (White cord not recommended if you aren't going to use flocking on your tree.)
Saturday:
Went to the Ronald Reagan Christmas party. I forgot to take the camera but they had a photographer there to take the pictures with Santa. Andrew fell asleep in the stroller. Enjoyed the wonderfully warm San Diego sun! I baked cookies (today is my sweets day;)) and posted my 100th post!! (this is it if you were wondering.)
That's cause this guy is back!
He actually got back about 2 weeks ago, but we have been busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest! We had the first couple days just with us and the boys. Then that Saturday we had a family get together with all of George's siblings and their spouses and kids (those who have them anyway). The next week we were busy packing up to move to San Diego. We left Salt Lake on Thursday and went to my mom's house to visit with all my siblings who could make it. We were only there for a few hours and then we continued on to St. George where we spent the night. Friday we drove the rest of the way to San Diego and moved in to our apartment here. Now we are finally settled a little bit and have been able to see some of our friends and will hopefully get to see everyone here before we have to pack up and move back up to Salt Lake in a couple months.
